What You BringAdvanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. At least 10 years of experience in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics in a dynamic setting, supporting both financial and operational decision-makers. Hands-on leadership style with a capacity to juggle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

As the leader of a high-performing team, you will oversee Axon's annual budgeting process, manage our corporate planning system, and act as a financial business partner to our SG&A functions. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and nurture a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and key inputs for the corporate forecasting model.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to refine strategic perspectives and support funding initiatives.
  • Assess and enhance standardization of processes, systems, communication, and controls across departments.
  • Utilize technology to improve efficiencies within finance and accounting functions.
  • Deliver insightful, real-time data to business partners to ensure achievement of EBITDA targets.
  • Design and manage Axon’s monthly budget vs. actual reporting process.
  • Supervise the company’s Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order Request processes to mitigate financial surprises and ensure robust controls.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for the Board and C-Team.
