The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of redesigning and optimizing SDR models, demonstrating a focus on enhancing pipeline quality, representative productivity, and economic efficiency as opposed to just scaling operations.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to take charge as the Director of Global Sales Development. This pivotal role will oversee the quality, efficiency, and scalability of the outbound pipeline sourced by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating a reliable, high-conversion Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model, prioritizing quality over mere activity metrics.
In this hands-on leadership position, you will guide a global SDR organization, implementing disciplined qualification processes and ensuring strong alignment with the Sales team on pipeline acceptance and conversion strategies.
You must be willing to work out of our San Jose office for at least three days each week and be open to international travel as required.
