About the Role
We are in search of a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to join our Revenue Operations team at Pleo. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing the strategies that drive our global expansion, while also being a key member of the RevOps leadership team as we enhance our market presence across Europe. Your Team
You will report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Our cohesive team of 12 direct reports is dedicated to maximizing revenue efficiency and achieving excellence in our go-to-market strategies. Additionally, you will partner with teams across Strategy, Finance, Data, and Product to ensure the successful execution of our commercial objectives.
Your Responsibilities
As the Director of Go-To-Market Operations, your responsibilities will include:
Implementing initiatives that enhance the customer journey, ensuring our go-to-market approach is seamless and scalable.
Working alongside the Revenue Leadership team to create innovative solutions for territory management, quota setting, and lead management.
Analyzing complex data sets to contribute to board-level decision-making and long-term commercial strategy development.
Providing support frameworks to regional commercial teams to ensure alignment with our overall strategy.
