About the Role
We are in search of a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to join our Revenue Operations team at Pleo. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategies that fuel our global expansion, as part of the RevOps leadership team focused on scaling our presence across Europe. If you thrive on building exceptional operational frameworks from the ground up and have a passion for the convergence of data, technology, and human performance in the FinTech sector, this is the role for you!
Collaboration and Reporting
You will report directly to our VP of Revenue Operations, collaborating closely with teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Our cohesive team of 12 direct reports is dedicated to maximizing revenue efficiency and achieving Go-To-Market excellence. Additionally, you will partner with teams across Strategy, Finance, Data, and Product to ensure the seamless execution of our commercial strategy.
Your Responsibilities
As the Director of Go-To-Market Operations, you will:
- Implement initiatives to enhance the customer journey, ensuring our Go-To-Market approach is smooth and scalable.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Leadership team to devise innovative solutions for territory management, quota setting, and lead management.
- Analyze complex datasets to inform board-level decision-making and long-term commercial strategy.
- Support regional commercial initiatives with a structured framework and strategic guidance.
