Showpad seeks a Director of Go-To-Market Strategy to drive growth across new business, expansion, and partnership channels. Based in London, this position reports to the VP of GTM Strategy & Operations. The Director will shape the sales process as a product, set clear benchmarks for success, and identify AI-driven improvements to support field teams. This role leads a group of analysts and strategists, while also steering the broader go-to-market direction.

Main responsibilities

  • Strategic benchmarking: Define performance targets for Land & Expand, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), LTV/CAC ratios, and partner-sourced pipeline goals.
  • Integrated planning: Oversee annual and semi-annual planning for new business, expansion, and partnerships. This includes capacity modeling and quota allocation.
  • Process improvement: Identify manual, high-friction processes in the field and outline requirements for new AI agents to address them.
  • Specialized analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of territory health, partner attribution, and win/loss trends after new reporting tools are released.
  • User acceptance testing: Lead UAT and pilot groups for new AI tools with Account Executives and xDRs before global rollout.
  • Enablement collaboration: Work with the VP of Enablement to identify and address key field friction points, shaping the strategy for new tool deployments.
  • Ecosystem integration: Guide the Partnerships team in integrating partners into territories, lead routing, and attribution models.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders.
  • Team leadership: Mentor and develop a team of GTM analysts and strategists. Set objectives, manage performance, and ensure focus on high-impact projects. Act as a player-coach, balancing strategic direction with hands-on support.

Reporting structure

This role reports directly to the VP, GTM Strategy & Operations.
