Role Overview
The Director of Graphic Design will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing Prop Firm Match’s visual identity, ensuring it is compelling, consistent, and geared towards conversion across all communications and platforms. This position translates our business objectives into visually impactful designs.
This leader will oversee the complete visual strategy of our brand, including marketing materials, product visuals, and brand systems, ensuring that every visual interaction reinforces trust, clarity, and our market presence. The Director will serve as a crucial link between Marketing, Product, Growth, and Leadership, fostering a design culture that merges creativity with strategic impact.
Key Performance Objectives
1. Develop a robust, consistent, and conversion-oriented visual brand within the first 90 days and ongoing.
Ensure all visual communications present a trustworthy and high-quality brand presence. Key outcomes include:
- Auditing current brand visuals across products, marketing, and social media.
- Identifying inconsistencies that may undermine trust or clarity.
- Implementing a cohesive visual direction across all platforms.
- Aligning visual communication with growth and business objectives.
Success will manifest as a recognizable, professional brand presence that commands trust across all channels.
2. Create scalable design systems and efficient workflows within the first 3-4 months and ongoing.
Key outcomes include:
- Establishing and maintaining a centralized brand and visual guideline system.
- Standardizing templates for marketing, social media, presentations, and campaigns.
- Enhancing collaboration workflows with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams.
- Ensuring rapid execution of graphic production and brand implementation.
