This senior leader will take charge of advancing the company’s information security and system integration, with a focus on raising data protection and trust to the highest standards. Candidates should bring at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Current Challenges
- Data Fragmentation: Multiple platforms (Zoho ERP, Zoho CRM, Jira) run independently, forcing teams to rely on manual, spreadsheet-based reporting instead of real-time data. This slows down decision-making and complicates cross-functional work.
- Inconsistent AI Adoption: Departments vary in their use of AI tools and workflows, leading to gaps in frameworks and limited visibility across the organization.
- Decentralized Ownership: Information systems are managed in a scattered way, with informal oversight from the CEO’s office. As AI and data initiatives expand, this model is no longer sustainable.
- Isolated AI Development: Without a central owner, different teams risk building overlapping AI solutions, which can cause inconsistent data quality and duplicated efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture & Integration: Unify and streamline platforms into a single, well-governed data architecture. Set standards for data management and integration.
- AI Strategy Development: Build a clear AI roadmap, prioritize high-impact use cases, and standardize frameworks across all departments.
- Business Intelligence Advancement: Develop and support real-time dashboards and analytics, helping the company shift from reactive reports to proactive, data-driven insights.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: Lead the design and execution of a strong information security and cyber risk management strategy, improving protection for all applications and infrastructure.
