Key Responsibilities:Revenue LeadershipBe accountable for achieving $1.5M in annual Partner-Influenced ARR, with a focus on pipeline creation, accurate forecasting, and revenue impact. Lead collaborative account planning with 5-10 strategic partners, including industry leaders like Salesforce and Microsoft, ensuring alignment with internal key accounts. Create compelling joint value propositions, use cases, and go-to-market strategies with executive buy-in from partner organizations. Design and implement a repeatable Co-Sell Playbook that empowers LeanData’s sales team to achieve success through effective partner engagement. Sales Enablement & Internal AlignmentCollaborate closely with Sales Leadership to integrate ISV co-selling into core sales processes, providing clear guidance on partner engagement throughout the sales cycle. Utilize Crossbeam and Reveal to identify overlapping Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), prioritize target accounts, and facilitate warm, executive-level introductions. Act as the internal expert on nearbound strategies, partner economics, and best practices in ISV Go-To-Market approaches. Key Requirements:10+ years of experience in the SaaS industry, with at least 8+ years specializing in ISV partnerships, alliances, or partner GTM leadership. Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships within the GTM and MarTech ecosystems. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce and nearbound technologies.

This includes key areas such as Sales Engagement, intent data, enrichment, and conversational marketing platforms, all aimed at creating scalable, revenue-generating channels.

In this role, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust near-bound and co-sell strategy. Your focus will be on aligning partner strategies with LeanData’s ideal customer profile and driving a measurable partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of working in the office two days a week (Monday & Wednesday).
