Your Impact

As Axon expands through strategic acquisitions, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new companies into our operational ecosystem. You will be responsible for the complete operational integration of acquired businesses, harmonizing planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and quality into a cohesive operational framework. Your contributions will directly influence how effectively Axon capitalizes on each acquisition, and you will engage in all phases from due diligence through to full integration.

What You'll Do

  • Lead operational integration planning and execution for M&A transactions across various functions including planning, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, quality, and systems.
  • Engage in pre-close operational due diligence to evaluate the operational maturity, risks, supplier dependencies, systems landscape, and integration complexity of target companies.
  • Create and maintain integration playbooks, timelines, and milestone trackers to ensure accountability and transparency across all workstreams.
  • Act as the liaison across departments during integration, aligning planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and IT to ensure swift progress.
  • Assess and propose strategies for systems consolidation (ERP, PLM, MES, QMS) and oversee the execution of necessary system migrations.
  • Identify and proactively address integration risks, implementing mitigation strategies without direction.
  • Establish strong relationships with leadership teams of acquired companies to build trust, minimize friction, and promote cultural alignment.
  • Utilize modern tools, including AI-assisted analytics and automation, to streamline data mapping, supplier rationalization, and integration tracking.
  • Conduct post-integration assessments and gather lessons learned to enhance Axon's M&A processes.
