About the Team
Roku Operations merges Program Management, Quality, and Technical Operations into a cohesive unit that oversees results from concept to sustained success.
This team is responsible for the roadmap, supplier planning, product launches, and ongoing execution of three critical product lines – Players and Remotes.
About the Role
We are in search of a Director of Manufacturing Operations – Players & Remotes with extensive experience in manufacturing, supplier management, and cost optimization to lead a team of senior program managers.
Reporting directly to the Head of Manufacturing Operations, this leader will manage intricate product initiatives from New Product Introduction (NPI) to sustaining operations, ensuring excellence in product development processes and tracking supply chain metrics. This role requires both a strategic vision and tactical execution, demanding cross-functional leadership and a hands-on approach to establish credibility on the production floor.
For candidates located in California, the estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $285,000 to $305,000. Compensation packages consider various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, certifications, and geographical location.
