Qualifications

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; or an equivalent of five (5) years of relevant management experience. At least five (5) years of supervisory experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment is preferred. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated experience in a data-driven organization, utilizing reports and analytics to prioritize and manage projects and teams.

As a key leader, the Director of Marketing Outreach and Enrollment will oversee the WelbeHealth Outreach and Enrollment Team. This role includes fostering collaborative relationships both internally with our interdisciplinary teams (IDT) and externally with community partners to promote the core values and mission of WelbeHealth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve gross and net census growth targets set by WelbeHealth.
  • Lead and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee intake and enrollment processes, implementing improvements for enhanced efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics, ensuring goals related to leads, home visits, enrollments, and eligibility statuses are met, along with proficient use of Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with referral sources, including senior housing, physician groups, hospitals, post-acute facilities, and community organizations.
  • Work closely with the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to ensure a smooth enrollment process and compliance with policies and timelines.
  • Prepare and manage the departmental budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to report key metrics and proactively address challenges.
