Following a successful Series B raise, Flagler Health is entering a new phase of growth. The company is hiring a Director of Marketing to design and scale marketing programs that will fuel this expansion from the NYC office.
Role Overview
This Director of Marketing role centers on building a strong pipeline of engaged provider groups and converting those relationships into revenue. The market is complex and trust-driven, requiring thoughtful strategy and execution.
What You Will Do
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Lead all marketing activities, including demand generation, product marketing, content development, events, and brand management.
- Build a marketing function tailored to a provider-focused, clinic-driven sales model, distinct from typical SaaS approaches.
Pipeline Generation for Provider Groups
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for MSK clinics, specialty practices, and multi-site provider groups.
- Drive qualified lead generation from growth-oriented practices and regional clinic networks, with a focus on high-intent prospects.
- Grow the pipeline through a mix of inbound and outbound tactics, events, partnerships, referrals, and targeted account-based marketing.
Positioning and Messaging
- Define and communicate Flagler Health's position as the leading clinical operating system for MSK care.
- Translate complex clinical workflows and operational challenges (such as patient flow, provider utilization, and revenue per visit) into clear, persuasive messaging.
- Ensure communications resonate with both clinical and operational decision-makers.
Demand Generation and Field Marketing
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing programs, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and outbound campaigns.
- Oversee field marketing, including conferences, regional events, and in-person meetings.
- Build referral and partner-driven growth loops within the MSK community.
- Operate effectively in a market where credibility, evidence, and relationships matter as much as digital results.
