Role Overview: Director of Onsite Merchandising

The Director of Onsite Merchandising leads demand shaping and drives improvements to the onsite customer experience. The goal: accelerate GMV growth and strengthen customer engagement across Coupang’s Taiwan platform.

This leader develops and executes onsite merchandising strategies, manages key merchandising assets, and ensures customers have a smooth journey from discovery to purchase. The role also oversees large-scale campaigns and works closely with senior leaders in Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Category Management, CRM, and Design.
