Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Director of Operations to enhance our fun-loving team. As a seasoned operator, you will lead a diverse group of General Managers, Assistant General Managers, and site management staff. Your expertise in transforming strategy into site-level execution will be key to unlocking operational excellence. You will be responsible for coaching and developing talent, crafting actionable plans, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance. Your passion for hospitality and guest experience, combined with your strong operational background in strategy, finance, food and beverage, and human resources, will ensure our visitors have memorable experiences. You must have a proven track record of managing a multi-unit operation portfolio (minimum 3-5 years with at least 5 locations) and have served as a General Manager or local Director of Operations for a revenue-generating team of 50+ individuals with $7 million or more in annual revenue. You should be passionate about systems, processes, and training, and possess the ability to manage operational complexities effectively, from floor management to guest experience and complaint resolution. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders within the organization and the establishment of new operational systems at the highest standards of execution, communication, and hospitality excellence will be essential to your success.
