Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive paid media strategy encompassing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize an annual budget exceeding $5 million, dynamically allocating resources across channels to maximize return on investment.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of three Paid Media specialists, establishing clear objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations, and promoting hands-on skill enhancement.
- Create and implement AI-driven processes and creative optimization workflows to automate repetitive tasks and expedite insights.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, forecast outcomes, and report to leadership.
- Collaborate across departments, including Growth Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Creative teams, to align media campaigns with new product launches, pricing tests, and overarching marketing initiatives.
- Identify, test, and scale emerging platforms and audience segments, conducting rapid A/B tests to uncover new growth opportunities.
