We are seeking a seasoned Director of Paid Media to spearhead our UK Growth team, playing a pivotal role in driving subscriber growth at GoHenry.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the global VP of Growth Marketing, you will lead the UK Growth team in executing efficient subscriber growth strategies through new customer acquisition, all while adhering to acceptable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) parameters.
You will manage key channels for subscriber acquisition, significantly impacting GoHenry’s commercial success through Brand and Performance Paid Media, Affiliates, and Referrals.
In this role, you will define and implement channel strategies, leveraging both in-house and agency resources. This includes continuous testing, experimentation, and optimization to refine our channel mix and improve performance. You will also be responsible for forecasting media budgets, assessing ROI, and delivering regular reports to GoHenry and Acorns.
Your responsibilities will also extend to managing Media Effectiveness tools and collaborating with our internal Data team and external partners. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure alignment of media planning with creative requirements, as well as with our Website & App store lead to guarantee a seamless customer journey from advertising to subscription.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement both short-term and long-term paid media strategies to achieve subscriber acquisition goals.
Plan and execute campaigns while analyzing performance metrics to optimize advertising efforts.
