Your Role

In the role of Paid Social Director, you will spearhead groundbreaking strategies for a client renowned for its social innovation. This position offers the chance to shape impactful campaigns, cultivate deep partnerships with platform representatives, and lead your team to success. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the paid social strategy across core and emerging platforms, driving innovation, testing frameworks, and measurement plans that achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Act as the strategic lead for client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Develop full-year partnerships with platform representatives, identifying collaborative opportunities that provide measurable value.
  • Collaborate closely with social, creative, strategy, and technology teams to optimize campaign performance regularly.
  • Leverage PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to deliver tailored data analyses and insights, while contributing to its evolution to better meet client needs.
  • Guide and mentor your team, encouraging professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
