WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Director of Product Management, you will spearhead the strategy and execution for Qualia Connect, our most significant revenue-generating product line. This platform integrates diverse stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem, creating a collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead at the forefront of a widely adopted, market-leading product while embracing rapidly advancing AI technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish the vision and roadmap: Define a long-term product vision that enhances customer value, leverages network effects, and fortifies our competitive advantage. You will convert market trends, customer insights, and new technologies into a clear roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that yield substantial improvements in efficiency, collaboration, and user experience for our network of business clients and their partners.
  • Integrate AI into our offerings: Develop and implement strategies for embedding AI and intelligent automation within the platform. Identify high-impact workflows for transformation, articulate desired customer experiences, and ensure that AI capabilities work synergistically to create sustainable differentiation.
  • Enhance network effects and ecosystem growth: Strategically increase the value of each connection within our network, designing features and experiences that are essential not only for our direct clients but for all participants in transactions. You will devise strategies to bolster adoption, deepen engagement, and foster virtuous cycles that drive growth.
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Customer Success, and Go-to-Market teams to align on the product roadmap and deliver cohesive solutions that satisfy both business objectives and customer demands. You will represent your product areas to both internal and external stakeholders, inspiring confidence among Qualia’s executive team and our largest enterprise clients.
