Key Responsibilities:

Your Role As the Product Manager for the Product Platform, you will take ownership of the essential components and services that underpin Otter’s operating system—the foundation that all product teams build upon. Your responsibilities will include: Strategizing the roadmap for user identity and access management, enhancing authentication, roles and permissions, SSO, and enterprise-level security. Expanding customer communication channels across SMS, email, and notifications, ensuring reliability, redundancy, and actionable analytics for both diner-facing and operator-facing processes. Leading enhancements to Otter’s platform experience, including navigation, shared UI components, shell performance, and API reliability. Developing and refining internal support tools, including agent workflows, AI-driven support, customer satisfaction feedback collection, and logging. Collaborating with engineering, design, and security teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and reusable platform services that accelerate the development efforts of all Otter’s product teams. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of product management experience or its equivalent. Demonstrated success in delivering and scaling platform or shared services that cater to multiple products and teams. Strong technical proficiency in APIs, authentication/SSO, permissions, and distributed systems; capable of engaging deeply with engineering teams. Data-driven decision maker with expertise in SQL and analytics tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting technical concepts to executive and cross-functional audiences. Why Join Us?
