Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Product Managers (from Associate to Principal), promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Define and implement the product vision and strategy for cross-functional technology platforms that cater to all three business lines, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. Collaborate with engineering leadership to leverage AI in prioritizing and executing high-impact initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional partnerships across various business units to identify common needs, eliminate redundancies, and develop scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. Enhance product management best practices, frameworks, and processes that empower the team to operate efficiently. Utilize AI capabilities to optimize product management practices and enhance scalability across the team. Own and manage the product roadmap for horizontal technology initiatives, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder requirements. Establish strong relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and secure resources for critical initiatives. Advocate for data-driven decision-making by defining metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for horizontal technology products and platforms. Effectively navigate complex technical and organizational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer impact.
