Role Overview
The Director of Professional Services leads the implementation team responsible for deploying Caseware’s software solutions across North America. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality services, improving customer outcomes, and growing services revenue. Efficiency, scalability, and quality are central to every engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a diverse team of project managers, consultants, trainers, and technical service professionals.
- Oversee multiple customer engagements, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of service offerings to provide measurable value and exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Education, and Customer Support teams to create a seamless customer journey from sale through adoption.
- Align services strategy with broader business goals and objectives.
- Support talent development and foster a culture of high performance within the team.
- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to client sites and for cross-functional leadership meetings.
