Role overview
The Director of Program and Alliance Management leads planning and execution for internal and partnered drug development programs. Reporting to the Executive Director of Program Leadership & Management, this person provides operational leadership to cross-functional teams and plays a key part in building out the program and alliance management function at DispatchBio. The position is based in either the Philadelphia or San Francisco office.
What you will do
- Guide cross-functional teams through all phases of drug development, from preclinical research to clinical stages
- Drive operational planning and execution for both DispatchBio-owned and partnered programs
- Help develop a strong program and alliance management capability within the organization
- Collaborate with leadership to keep programs moving forward efficiently and cooperatively
Requirements
- Broad understanding of drug development processes, including preclinical and clinical phases
- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a biotech or pharmaceutical setting
- Ability to find solutions and adapt in changing situations
