Base Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
Total Compensation Potential: Up to $135,000 with annual bonuses.

Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of programmatic media campaigns across various platforms for our clients. As the in-house expert on programmatic advertising, you will leverage your proficiency with DSP platforms such as Tradedesk, DV360, and Amazon to drive substantial growth. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire campaign lifecycle: from initial planning and execution to monitoring, optimization, analysis, and detailed reporting.

You will act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for our clients in programmatic advertising, delivering strategic insights, performance evaluations, and responding to ad-hoc inquiries. Collaborating closely with our creative team, you will craft compelling advertisements and ensure exceptional communication, service, and campaign outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the key programmatic expert for clients while managing performance across Search and Social channels.
  • Oversee comprehensive campaign strategy and execution across DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Google Ads, and Meta.
  • Develop and present integrated media plans with defined budget allocations, KPIs, and testing strategies.
  • Drive ongoing optimizations through a deep understanding of real-time bidding, audience targeting, and platform algorithms.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to establish test-and-learn frameworks that enhance performance across all channels.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing strategic recommendations, performance reports, and actionable next steps.
  • Stay informed on trends in ad tech, platform capabilities, and data privacy regulations to ensure robust campaign strategies.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance, consolidate insights, and deliver executive-level reporting and recommendations.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and test plans aligned with client business goals, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on performance marketing best practices and platform fundamentals.
