This is an exceptional opportunity to engage with a highly visible, large-scale SaaS cloud organization. This position is a full-time role awaiting your expertise. The Director of Renewals plays a pivotal role within our Customer Success Organization at Anaplan, leading a focused team tasked with forecasting, tracking, and securing renewals. You will be responsible for identifying and forecasting renewal risks, crafting and implementing the global renewals strategy, and collaborating with leaders in Sales and Global Customer Success.

The Customer Success Renewal Team oversees a comprehensive process from quote to signature, working directly with customers to secure renewal opportunities. You will partner with your Account Executive and Customer Success Business Partner to effectively manage, forecast, and escalate renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of renewal specialists
  • Lead the vision and strategy for Global Renewals
  • Oversee operating procedures for the renewal team, continuously refining processes to enhance efficiency and impact
