Your Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, showcasing a successful track record in leading client engagements and achieving measurable outcomes. Proven experience in managing RCM projects and client relationships within multi-site and/or multi-specialty provider organizations or intricate payer environments. Comprehensive knowledge of RCM best practices and current trends in patient access, coding, charge capture, billing, denials, underpayments, reimbursement, collections, and revenue integrity. Solid understanding of billing and reimbursement structures for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid, including DRG, APC, RBRVS, and value-based payment models. Familiarity with RCM systems and workflows, including EHR platforms and billing software, with practical experience in EPIC, Athenahealth, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks. A proven ability to enhance cash flow, decrease denials, recover underpayments, and lead operational efficiency initiatives through automation and process standardization. Experience in audit response, compliance risk management, and collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

In this pivotal role, you will assume full responsibility for project execution, client satisfaction, and the excellence of deliverables across a varied client base that includes healthcare providers, payers, and integrated health systems. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, overseeing daily project operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that Riveron’s strategic recommendations yield tangible financial and operational improvements.

Your extensive hands-on experience across areas such as patient access, coding, billing, claims, denials, underpayments, reimbursement, and revenue integrity will empower you to lead teams through complex, multi-faceted engagements with confidence and expertise.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Head of Revenue Cycle Management, you will be instrumental in propelling Riveron’s healthcare advisory practice forward , delivering impactful client outcomes, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development and growth strategies.
