About the Role
We are on the lookout for a senior leader in RevOps/GTM Operations who will professionalize and scale our GTM operations at interface.ai. This role is an individual contributor position (not a managerial role) tailored for an adept operator who can strategize and implement effectively. This senior-level role is expected to operate autonomously and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner Operations.
You will be responsible for establishing the operational framework that ensures predictable revenue and disciplined execution across Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Partner Operations. This is more than a “process-only” role; you will leverage modern tools, automation, and data analytics to enhance visibility, mitigate chaos, and foster revenue growth.
