POSITION SUMMARY

The Revenue Operations & Strategy team is tasked with establishing a robust foundation for our internal systems and processes, scaling these systems, and enhancing overall efficiencies. This team merges strategic foresight with practical execution, driving the company’s growth and scalability with a keen emphasis on analytical and quantitative insights. We pride ourselves on being a collaborative group of problem solvers who approach challenges with enthusiasm and an open mindset.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with teams across the organization, particularly in sales, customer success, finance, product, and IT. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping our operations and sales/customer success strategies on a global scale, contributing to a highly efficient, data-driven, and analytical work environment. We seek an individual who excels in team and project management, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is passionate about building and refining organizational scalability.

The Director of Revenue Operations will oversee and develop the Sales & Customer Success Operations teams, providing a chance to lead and reshape our processes as we transition into the next phase of our evolution.
