Your Role:

As the Director of Revenue Operations & Revenue Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing Foxen's go-to-market systems, data management, and AI-driven workflows, enabling our teams to secure business more efficiently and predictably. This hands-on leadership position entails the design, operation, and continuous enhancement of the technology and intelligence that empower Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Insurance Solutions, all with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and operational efficiency.

You will serve as the architect and operator of Foxen’s revenue engine, integrating AI into daily operations to boost sales velocity, enhance conversion rates, and eliminate manual bottlenecks that impede deal closures. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our teams are equipped with precise, actionable data to close and expand business opportunities. This position combines strategic oversight with daily execution and involves leading a team that will scale in 2026 as we implement our AI roadmap directly supporting revenue growth and forecast accuracy.
