In this position, you will play a crucial role in constructing and scaling the operating system that enhances our go-to-market (GTM) efforts across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Your leadership will cultivate clarity, consistency, and excellence in execution, ensuring our teams operate with both agility and precision. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will collaborate closely with GTM and Finance leadership to translate overarching strategies into effective systems, processes, and insights that accelerate revenue growth.
Embracing an AI-first approach, you will design and refine workflows that empower our representatives with the right tools and data exactly when needed, transforming workflows in a manner that enhances productivity. This involves translating business objectives into actionable AI use cases, integrating them into daily operations in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders, and ensuring that every AI-driven process is transparent, auditable, and aligned with our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the formulation and implementation of revenue operations strategies that align with Popmenu's business objectives and bolster operational efficiency.
- Develop an AI-driven GTM operating system that enhances pipeline, accelerates deals, and improves retention while ensuring data quality and accountability.
- Oversee the comprehensive GTM technology stack, promoting automation, system governance, data integrity, and adoption across platforms including Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoom, Slack, Leandata, and marketing automation tools.
- Work in tandem with customer success teams to bolster retention and upselling strategies, maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor revenue performance metrics and generate actionable insights, refining sales forecasting precision.
- Implement best practices throughout the revenue organization, ensuring a cohesive alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Encourage robust cross-departmental communication to support collaborative revenue growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for future actions.
