Your Role

As the Director of Revenue Operations at SugarAI, reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will oversee essential functions across Sales Operations, Client Success Operations, and Deal Desk. You will lead a small yet impactful team, acting as a strategic operator dedicated to establishing processes, systems, and governance that facilitate the scaling of a high-performing go-to-market strategy.

This position is pivotal in enhancing the operational foundation of our business by standardizing workflows, automating manual tasks, enriching data quality, and optimizing the tools that drive revenue growth and retention. You will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams to enhance execution, foster consistency, and enable data-driven decision-making throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Revenue Operations leader with a proven track record of guiding multifaceted operations teams, streamlining complex environments, and implementing scalable systems and processes within a dynamic SaaS organization.
