Role overview
The Director of Sales (remote, San Francisco Bay Area) focuses on building HSP Group’s presence in a key market. This role centers on driving growth among VC- and PE-backed technology companies, helping startups and scale-ups navigate international expansion. The Director will take ownership of a critical territory and play a direct part in supporting innovative clients as they grow globally.
What you will do
- Develop and manage relationships with C-suite leaders at high-growth technology firms
- Lead sales efforts for HSP Group’s global expansion solutions
- Identify and close complex, consultative deals
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and solutioning teams to address client needs
Requirements
- Experience selling to VC- and PE-backed technology companies
- Proven success as a strategic hunter in sales
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and managing complex sales cycles
