SnapMagic serves as the primary discovery platform for electronic components, engaging over 3 million engineers each year. We have developed a unique dataset comprising more than 10 million components and are poised to expand our AI-driven demand engine within the $1.3 trillion global electronics market.
Since our initial funding round, we've seen our revenue double with a dedicated team of approximately 25 individuals. Currently, we lack a focused sales leadership and outbound strategies, relying instead on our robust product-market fit. Imagine the possibilities with a skilled leader at the helm!
Your Role
Phase 1: Personal Selling and Strategy Development
• Engage in direct sales activities including deal discovery, pricing discussions, negotiations, and closing strategic partnerships.
• Create a comprehensive sales playbook covering ideal customer profiles, product packaging, contracts, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
• Design, implement, and refine both outbound and inbound sales processes until achieving a consistent pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to maintain a dynamic operational rhythm, highlighting progress and potential risks proactively.
Phase 2: Team Recruitment and Leadership
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top-performing sales representatives.
• Establish an operational cadence for sustainable and scalable revenue growth.
Who You Are
• You have experience building a successful sales strategy in a VC-backed firm, driving revenue from seven to eight figures.
• You thrive on taking initiative and are motivated by direct involvement rather than delegation.
• You are a constant experimenter, willing to adjust messaging, pricing, and handling objections based on results.
• Operational precision is your forte; if it’s not tracked in HubSpot, it didn’t happen.
• You are agile, quick to close feedback loops, and see constructive criticism as a catalyst for growth.
What We Offer
Total compensation in the range of $350,000 to $400,000, plus significant equity opportunities.
