Collaborate with executive leadership to convert strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes. Ensure operational initiatives align with enterprise strategy and business unit goals. Enterprise Initiative Portfolio Governance Manage the enterprise client initiative portfolio, encompassing intake, prioritization, sequencing, and execution discipline. Implement governance processes to ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and are adequately resourced. Track initiative progress, identify risks, and establish clear escalation paths to leadership when execution challenges arise. Maintain openness across leadership teams regarding priorities, dependencies, and progress.
