FACILITY OPERATIONS ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: The Facility Operations Engineering Department is dedicated to ensuring the overall health of all mechanical and electrical systems, building maintenance, and performance of all data modules in our data centers. Our team operates 24/7 with Critical Engineering Technicians (CETs) on each shift, serving as the primary interface between Stream Data Centers and our clients, while being the first line of defense regarding campus uptime and customer installation performance. Utilizing a Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), we conduct all preventive and corrective maintenance, promoting a culture that values and rewards team performance that engages directly with customers and infrastructure.
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Site Operations will lead a team comprising Critical Facility Managers (CFMs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Critical Engineering Technicians (CETs), reporting directly to the Vice President of Data Center Operations. This role is crucial for maintaining the operations of a large-scale, 200MW+ data center campus, overseeing site budgeting, customer communications, KPI reporting, and training initiatives.
