Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement joint Go-To-Market strategies with Strategic Partners to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Achieve key financial objectives, including alliance-influenced revenue and pipeline generation metrics. Collaborate with PagerDuty’s Sales organization to align opportunities and cultivate strong field relationships with Partner account teams. Represent PagerDuty within the Partners ecosystem, advocating for mutual success and addressing partnership challenges. Define joint value propositions and collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner Marketing on campaigns and messaging. Drive executive-level partnership engagement and identify new strategic opportunities through roadmap discussions. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in the IT or enterprise software industry, with a focus on partner management, sales, or business development. Proven track record of successful partnership management and revenue generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Director of Strategic Alliances

We are on the lookout for a Director of Strategic Alliances to become a vital part of our vibrant, customer-oriented Global Alliances team! In this role, you will spearhead our partnership strategy and the ongoing development of our portfolio featuring PagerDuty's most significant partners. Your responsibility will encompass the formulation and execution of PagerDuty's partnership strategy, working closely alongside Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.

The Director of Strategic Alliances will lead the alliance team in launching and scaling go-to-market programs with key consulting and technology partners to drive PagerDuty's growth and enhance service delivery. You will foster robust relationships with partner leadership teams at all levels to maximize the impact of our collaborations.
