Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead the development and execution of a strategic business plan aimed at driving revenue growth through key partnerships. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong functional leadership and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our partnership programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and oversee a team dedicated to managing Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other significant partnerships.
  3. Establish targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for team members and ensure their achievement.
  4. Conduct regular performance evaluations while providing coaching and mentorship to team members as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and compliance, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  6. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  7. Devise and implement strategies for attracting and onboarding new IBs.
  8. Work closely with the marketing team to devise and execute marketing initiatives targeting IBs.
  9. Conduct training sessions and provide educational resources to empower IBs in effectively promoting the company's services.
  10. Recruit and train essential personnel, set performance KPIs, track outcomes, and develop a bonus structure.
  11. Identify potential expansion regions in line with the company's strategic goals.
