About the Role
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in cultivating and managing invaluable relationships with key industry stakeholders, including major financial institutions. This role encompasses the identification, negotiation, and execution of partnerships that align with our strategic vision, while also expanding and nurturing our partner ecosystem. Additionally, you will draft and submit high-quality partnership proposals that are not only persuasive but also tailored to meet client needs and align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal Development: Create engaging and well-researched proposals for potential partners, ensuring alignment with both business strategies and client expectations.
Promote Product Adoption: Spearhead initiatives to enhance the adoption of Stargate’s products among fintech platforms and leading crypto protocols.
Partnership Expansion: Forge and sustain strategic alliances with crypto protocols, fintech platforms, exchanges, and DeFi projects to broaden Stargate’s outreach and influence.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) and external partners to identify, scope, and implement integration opportunities that elevate the value of Stargate’s offerings.
Integration Project Leadership: Oversee integration projects from conception to execution, ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and partners.
About You
You possess a deep passion for bridging the gap between traditional finance and cryptocurrency.
You have experience leading partnerships and integrations with banks, fintech applications, exchanges, and/or crypto protocols.
You are enthusiastic about DeFi and the broader cryptocurrency sector.
You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and know how to effectively represent the company in diverse settings.
