ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, the Director of Strategic Partnerships is a senior leader responsible for UnboundEd’s strategic market initiatives across a targeted portfolio of states and Education Service Agencies (ESAs).
This position emphasizes fostering long-term, high-impact partnerships that expand UnboundEd’s instructional initiatives via state agencies, ESAs, and trusted intermediaries. The Director will be responsible for achieving significant annual bookings, influencing key decision-makers, and aligning state educational priorities with UnboundEd’s offerings and insights.
This role focuses on strategic business development rather than transactional sales. Success in this position demands a profound understanding of educational systems, disciplined execution, and the capability to translate UnboundEd’s instructional philosophy (including GLEAM®) into fundable, multi-year partnerships.
As a fully remote organization, this exempt position can be based anywhere in the United States. Our core business hours require staff availability from 9 AM to 5 PM local time, with an expected travel commitment of 30-40%.
