Director of GTM Planning
Reports to: VP, Global GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations
About the Role
Anaplan is on the lookout for a Director of GTM Planning to spearhead the strategy, processes, and execution of our Go-To-Market (GTM) planning operations. This individual will manage a global team of 3–5 and collaborate closely with senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Alliances, Finance, and Operations to drive a scalable and data-driven GTM approach.
Reporting to the VP of Global GTM Strategy, Planning & Operations, this position is accountable for overseeing and executing the complete GTM planning lifecycle, which includes segmentation, capacity modeling, headcount planning, territory design, and quota setting. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring operational readiness and execution aligned with the company’s long-range growth strategy.
