About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of Technical Recruiting to spearhead and scale our R&D hiring initiatives across Engineering, Data, Product, Design, Security, and IT. As the most senior leader in technical recruitment, you will define the recruitment strategy, design operational models, and oversee a vital hiring engine that supports Headway’s growth trajectory.
You will cultivate and manage a high-performing team of senior recruiters and managers, collaborating closely with R&D leaders. The systems you implement and the talent you attract will play a critical role in enhancing Headway’s ability to serve providers and patients effectively.
This role requires a unique blend of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision to create an Olympic-caliber recruiting team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders across technical teams to scale their departments, offering tailored, scalable recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data metrics to identify gaps and proactively propose solutions, maintaining a keen awareness of technology hiring trends and their impact on recruitment funnels.
- Lead a team of senior recruiters and managers, focusing on performance and professional development while embracing Headway’s F. U. E. L. culture (Feedback Uplifts Every Level).
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, fostering strong relationships throughout the organization.
- Achieve exceptional hiring results by aligning teams with high-impact priorities and removing barriers to success.
