THE ROLE:

As the Director of Technical Recruiting, you will play a pivotal role in identifying talent requirements and developing strategies that encompass succession planning, proactive recruitment solutions, innovative diversity recruitment programs, and leading the team to meet dynamic hiring objectives. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Recruiting, you will oversee the technical recruiting functions with a focus on people, processes, and tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, nurture, and retain a high-performing recruiting team comprising managers, leads, recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and contractors of varying expertise.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to direct reports, tailored to their individual developmental paths.
  • Design and execute strategic recruiting initiatives and best practices that attract top talent in competitive domestic and international markets.
  • Offer expert strategy and advice to leaders and hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled and diverse candidates.
  • Continuously communicate updates on strategy and team productivity to leadership and hiring teams.
  • Evaluate, enhance, and optimize existing processes, tools, systems, and resources to scale and support the recruiting team effectively.
  • Take a hands-on approach to manage senior roles and challenging open positions as necessary.
  • Devise a proactive plan for tracking and engaging top talent for future opportunities and identify suitable roles within Ripple.
