About the Role:
In the capacity of Director of Technology Business Operations, you will spearhead the strategic and operational leadership of Oscar's technology division. This influential role will require you to serve as a key advisor to our technology executives, guiding critical decisions and fostering innovation through extensive process enhancements and strategic initiatives. You will independently manage multi-year technology roadmaps, ensuring they align with the overarching goals of the organization.
You will report directly to the Head of Tech Strategy & Operations.
Work Location:
This role is based in our New York City office, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring three office days per week. Thursdays are designated for in-office team meetings and events, while the other two days can be flexible based on your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency:
The base salary for this position ranges from $218,592.00 to $286,902.00 per year. Additional benefits include access to employee health plans, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
