Position Overview:
In the role of Head of the Hippocratic AI Academy, you will be responsible for the strategic design, development, and implementation of our training and enablement program. Your mission will be to empower client organizations and internal teams with the essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to safely and effectively deploy and operate AI voice agents. You will establish and expand a learning and knowledge-management function that caters to both external partners and internal team members, facilitating onboarding and ongoing education as we release new features and functionalities. As a senior leader, you will oversee how our customers and internal stakeholders adopt and utilize our platform in a safe and effective manner. This position reports directly to our Chief Customer Officer and plays a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer experience strategy as we scale.
