The Director of Transit/Rail and Client Account Management for the Pacific Northwest is a visionary leader focused on growth and collaboration. - Serve as a prominent representative for AECOM in the region, enhancing visibility and engagement.
- Develop and nurture a high-performing team within a dynamic growth environment.
- Support the strategic growth and sales initiatives of AECOM’s Transit-Rail Services.
- Consistently embody AECOM’s commitment to safety and promote a culture that prioritizes safety.
- Build strong client relationships, focusing on delivering value and fostering a client-centric culture.
- Collaborate with operations and senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
- Enhance project performance while ensuring quality, safety, and operational profitability.
- Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and innovative culture in the West Coast region.
- Lead negotiations for contractual and financial agreements with clients and sub-consultants.
- Strategically manage the financial execution of the division’s profit and loss.
