We are in search of a highly motivated Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to spearhead and expand our Land Development practice in Central Florida. This pivotal role offers considerable autonomy, as you will manage a dedicated team, oversee a robust portfolio of projects, and engage with clients at a senior level without the need for daily supervision from firm leadership.

Our firm boasts a diverse and dynamic project backlog across various sectors, with significant growth in large-scale retail and entertainment projects, nationally recognized commercial endeavors, and substantial mixed-use communities. Additionally, we maintain steady work in multifamily, single-family, industrial, and other private sector development areas. Healthcare is an emerging focus with strategic initiatives poised to drive ongoing project opportunities.

This is a prime leadership opportunity for an experienced PE ready to take charge of project delivery, team performance, and client relations within a multidisciplinary civil engineering framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers
• Oversee a variety of residential, commercial, mixed-use, retail, industrial, and healthcare-related development projects
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
• Direct permitting processes in Central Florida (municipal and county agencies)
• Coordinate efforts with in-house planning, surveying, and related teams
• Contribute to project pursuits and strategic growth initiatives
