About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Director of Strategic Accounts who flourishes in a self-directed environment. A product-focused, resourceful individual, you will adeptly cultivate relationships with some of the world's most prominent brands. Our robust engineering team is primed to support you with customized solutions, enhancing your ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement strategies to penetrate and secure key strategic accounts for Decagon
Forge strong, trusted relationships with pivotal stakeholders at all organizational levels, including CX, Product, and Operations leaders
Gain comprehensive insight into customers' businesses, challenges, and strategic objectives to identify new expansion opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (founders, deployment strategists, engineering, etc.) to deliver customized solutions
Accurately forecast and report on pipeline and revenue metrics
Devise and execute account plans to drive strategic deals
Provide valuable feedback and insights to product and leadership teams to help shape the company's roadmap
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the company's offerings, services, and industry trends
Willingness to travel moderately as needed.
