Key Skills and Responsibilities:
The Contractor will provide comprehensive business and IT systems analysis support, which includes but is not limited to:
- Documenting and managing new and existing business processes to facilitate training and analysis.
- Conducting detailed analyses of current and prospective business processes to identify opportunities for boosting workforce efficiency.
- Performing rigorous analysis of operational business requirements and executing gap analysis for necessary modifications to existing processes.
- Creating and maintaining a requirements database that tracks support for every business requirement.
