With a dynamic work environment, you will collaborate with various teams to meet their IT needs promptly.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.Respond swiftly to service issues and requests.Provide technical support to staff in person and over the phone.Set up accounts for new users.Repair and replace equipment as necessary.Test new technology solutions.Train junior staff members.

Responsibilities:Ensure that all branch KPIs within the regional scope are met effectively.Oversee branch operations in the area through adequate human resource management and fulfillment.Facilitate the successful expansion of Amartha's designated management areas.Maintain portfolio quality in line with Amartha's objectives while ensuring branch audit values meet management expectations.Uphold principles of transparency within the branch.
