About The Role

In the position of Divisional Production Recruiting Lead, you will take full ownership of production, manufacturing, and supply chain hiring outcomes for your designated division. Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between Divisional leaders and centralized recruiting operations, enabling direct visibility, accountability, and control over talent pipelines.

You will serve as an embedded player-coach and strategic program manager, executing critical and complex production assignments while synchronizing the priorities and workflow of the centralized recruiting team across your division. This high-impact, autonomous position is tailored for an experienced recruiting professional who excels at strategic thinking, tactical execution, and cultivating trustworthy relationships with senior divisional leadership.

This role is a purposeful step in our organizational growth, laying the groundwork for Divisions to ultimately manage production recruiting comprehensively while ensuring efficient execution and central coordination during a phase of structural development.
