Key Responsibilities:Offer technical support and guidance to senior DOD staff for refining the technical components of operational planning. Collaborate with client personnel, interagency teams, and industry partners, as well as the DoD, to contribute meaningful inputs and support for access planning initiatives. Provide technical expertise in developing Courses of Action (COAs) in alignment with concept plans (CONPLANs), operation plans (OPLANs), and operation orders (OPORDs) as per the Joint Planning Process (JPP). Support all facets of advanced cyber planning, including interagency planning, joint targeting board support, cyber capability analysis, cyber impact assessments, and joint planning group assistance. Act as a technical liaison for our client’s Operations Directorate, bridging communication between subject matter experts (SMEs), capability developers, testers, planning teams, operations support staff, and operational units during both planning and execution phases. Engage in design and technical review meetings, assist in formulating technical plans to guide capability development, evaluate testing outcomes, and report on the progress of capability development activities. Deliver clear and concise communication to all stakeholders and senior leaders to support ongoing mission objectives.
